Stephen Mark Millis, also known as “Steve”, was last seen shopping for cat food inside a Dollar General store, located at 395 East South Avenue in Hesperia, Oceana County, Michigan on January 4, 2019. After his disappearance, his vehicle was located abandoned in a parking lot, along with many of his personal effects and his recently-purchased cat food. It was later discovered that he was planning on meeting someone who was interested in buying his fishing poles.
