BREAKING — Rebecca Lee “Becca” Wilson is an unreported, endangered missing person who has not been heard from since June 9, 2019. She was last known to be in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was 31 years old at the time of her disappearance. She called her friend crying about a relationship matter and expressed that she had to go because someone (or multiple people) were suddenly in her company.
I have published the first news article on Rebecca’s disappearance, as her case is not yet publicly known. You can also view this article that I wrote, which highlights Rebecca’s case as well.
I have been speaking with Rebecca’s best friend, Christine, for years, and we have pieced together her last movements and re-created her timeline. I have also spoken with her sister, who has been searching for her as well.
Despite repeated outreach to the police department and numerous attempts to initiate a missing report, her case still is not entered into any missing person database, aside from my own, at Underground Mysteries. I created and maintain an unreported missing person database for this reason.
I have personally brought up Rebecca’s disappearance to law enforcement many times over the last few years. Christine attempted to report her missing in person but was told that because she didn’t have an address for where she was when she disappeared, that no case can be made.
Years ago, I found a strong clue that Rebecca could be a victim of Raymond Charles Horsch (“R.C. Horsch / Hoersch).
I discovered RC Horsch and his vices in 2024, two years before he came out on the news in connection to missing women. I informed law enforcement when I discovered his own claims of him being a serial killer and his connection to a missing woman, Amy McHale, whose photo I saw in his 2016 online footage. I subsequently researched him and found missing women’s addresses tied to his, and eventually a connection to Maribel Fresses. Because Maribel and Katherine Demianczyk, another missing woman in the area, hung out with the same crew, I also suspected her as a possible victim. I also reported a possible link to Nicole Fusaro, Krista Killen, Blair Tonzelli, and a few others.
The clue I found of Rebecca is a photo of her taken around the time of her disappearance that was in the same style as many of RC Horsch’s photos. This photo was published to other websites to which he had previously uploaded content. I did report this clue to law enforcement a few times as well.
Born in July 7, 1987, Rebecca would be 39 years old in present day. She can be described as approximately 5 feet tall, with brown hair, brown eyes, freckles, and a weight that may have ranged from about 95 to 120 pounds. Her hair length was described as a little past her shoulders at the time of her disappearance.
Christine first brought her case to public attention in the Found in Kensington Facebook group after years without contact.
Rebecca’s publicly viewable Facebook activity appears to end in February 2019.
I located a Philadelphia Municipal Court docket with activity in her name in late May 2019. There has been no solid paper trail after the summer of 2019.
Christine states that Rebecca called her every single day without fail for years, as she was so concerned for her and wanted to make sure she was okay. The very last phone call that she received was ominous. Rebecca told Christine that she had to go because “they’re here,” or “he’s here,” and she rushed off the phone. (Christine cannot recall if Rebecca said “they’re” or “he’s”.) Previously, in that same conversation, Rebecca told Christine that she was upset over a relationship matter. Christine, in an effort to cheer Rebecca up, told her that she loves her so much and did everything she could to comfort her.
Christine states that Rebecca was highly vulnerable and would not hesitate getting into the car of a stranger, which is why she fears she could be a Horsch victim.
Rebecca was also friends with one of the Horsch victims.
Through researching Rebecca’s case, I was able to find that she has ties to Kensington and Northeast Philadelphia; Levittown, Bensalem, Newtown, and Orefield in Pennsylvania; Snow Hill, Maryland; and Mississippi. I analyzed each location through outreach, court searches, genealogy research, archived records, address-history research, social media, and people-search databases, but no solid clues to her whereabouts were found.
The last trace of Rebecca that I could find is the photo of her that was taken in Philadelphia.
According to Christine, Rebecca had been living in vulnerable circumstances before contact stopped. Her vulnerability increases the importance of obtaining a formal missing person report
