Rose Marguerite Marquez Fuller Conroy, also known as Rosaline Hinesley and “Rosie”, went missing on December 27, 2017. Her last known whereabouts is Tijuana Norte, in Baja California, Mexico. Her mother posted about her case to my Facebook group, Americans who are missing in Mexico, and then she contacted me through Facebook to provide further details to her disappearance. Conroy’s case is highly under-represented and has received very little media attention.
Although Conroy had previously gone missing in 2011, her disappearance in 2017 has been much different. While in Tijuana, she informed her mother that she feared for her life, and she told her to tell her children that she loves them. Her mother believes she may have been trafficked.
Born on April 22, 1988, Conroy is a United States citizen who left her residence in Camp Pendleton, San Diego County, California to travel to Tijuana. She was 30 years old at the time of her disappearance, and she would now be almost 35 years old. She can be described as a Hispanic female with brown eyes and brown hair, possibly with blonde highlights. She is about 5’0″ in height and weighs about 90 pounds.
