Venika Williams, Missing Since December 22, 2017 From Newark, NJ

Venika Williams, also known as “Vee Loso”, is a mother of four who vanished suddenly under mysterious circumstances on December 22, 2017 when she was twenty-eight years old.  She was last seen in Newark, NJ around Dewey Street.   Reports state she may have been seen traveling to Jersey City, NJ.  When she disappeared, she had been wearing red sneakers, jeans, and a black leather jacket.  She may have been using a red handbag.  Venika’s family has a Facebook community page and group set up to help search for her. The hashtag “HelpFindVenika” is used on social media for her case.

It is suspected that Venika may be held captive, which was implied by her last sent text message.

There is a $10,000 reward offered by the Essex County Sheriff’s Office for conclusive information on Venika’s whereabouts. 

Physical description: 5’3″ to 5’4″, 130 to 140 pounds, African American, with black hair and brown eyes.  Her hairstyle changed often.  Sometimes it was straight or in braids or curly. She also oftentimes had highlights or red coloring in her hair. She also has several tattoos:  1) right hand tattoo of the name “Tanesha”, 2) right arm tattoo of the name “SAMIR” in cursive, 3) an unknown tattoo (appears as though it may be a Chinese symbol) on her left hand between her index finger and thumb, 4) an unknown chest tattoo of a word in cursive in black ink.  It is believed she may have other tattoos, but they are unknown at this time.

Born on April 28, 1989, Venika has a love for fashion and is known as the life of the party.  She loves to dance and have a fun time.  At the time of her disappearance, she was working as a hair stylist / beautician out of her home on Dewey Street in Newark, NJ.
