Callie Amanda Pauline Cooper, Missing Since July of 2017

Callie Cooper was just 25 when she vanished in Jackson, Mississippi after getting off a bus at the Greyhound bus station on or around July 13, 2017. The exact date is unclear. Her sister thinks she saw her on surveillance footage in Jackson, MS at the Greyhound bus station on July 13, 2017. The detective who also viewed the footage did not think he had proof that who was seen in the footage was Callie. Because there was lack of proof that Callie went missing in Jackson, the Jackson Police Department could not take the case. Since Callie left from either Fort Worth, TX or Dallas, TX to travel to Jackson, MS, she could also still be in Texas. Her exact date missing is unclear due to the fact that she may have vanished days prior in TX (if she did not make it to MS). Callie’s sister is leaning more on the side that she was last seen in Jackson. Callie’s sister states that Callie’s ex-boyfriend purchased her bus ticket, and he sent her to the bus station via a taxi.  This poses the question, was the taxi driver questioned to confirm Callie made it to her destination?

Callie is an endangered adult who may have met with foul play.  She also may be suffering from a disoriented mental status. She has schizophrenia and suffers hallucinations.  Callie’s sister worries that she may be trying to find family but cannot figure out the process.

At the time of her disappearance, Callie did not have a cell phone or identification in her possession.  She was carrying a burgundy suitcase. 
 

Physical appearance:
Callie may be seen with or without glasses. She has blue eyes and is fair-skinned Caucasian. Although Callie’s natural hair color is strawberry blonde or reddish-blonde, she frequently dyed her hair.  It is uncertain what hair color she had before she disappeared or what color hair she would have now.  She has been known to color her hair a black, purple, blue, orange, red, bright blonde, brown, among other colors. She’s about 110 lbs and about 5’4″ tall. She is Caucasian. There is a gap in her top front two teeth. She often wears men’s clothing. She often wears many layers of clothing.  For instance, she often wears a jacket, hoodie, shirt, tank top, and sports bra, in descending order from the outmost to inmost layer. She may also wear jeans on top of leggings and men’s boxers.  She frequently wears baseball caps.

Before getting off of the bus in Jackson, she had been in Texas. In the past, she had resided in Rising Star, TX, as well as Gormon, TX.

I have used facial recognition on several of Callie’s photos, but it did not lead to any clues.
 

Her sister states that she has tried to file a missing person’s report, but the report was not entered into Namus. She says that the Ackerman Police Department is informed in her case. You can call them with any information at 662-285-3600.
