Jacky “Jack” Dewayne Lands went missing in 2003 from Lacey Spring, Alabama. He was 43 years old at the time of his disappearance, and he would be 65 years old in present day. Although his family did report him missing in 2003, no active or accessible missing person record currently exists. This could be due to the fact that his case may have turned cold or that there may have not been any leads to his whereabouts. For that reason, he is now considered an unreported missing person. Hopefully that will soon change.
Jacky, whose name also shows up as “Jack” in some public records, was born on March 28, 1960 in Section, Alabama. He attended Section High School in Section, Alabama. There are many public records in Jacky’s name that show him living in various towns within Alabama, such as Section, Scottsboro, Arab, Albertville, Huntsville, Union Grove, and Woodville; however, none of the addresses associated with these towns have provided strong clues to his whereabouts. It is believed that his last known address may be in Lacy Springs. He may have also resided in Ormond Beach, Florida at some point as well.
Jacky’s sister created a public plea to search for clues to his whereabouts and stated that he is her only family left. Their parents, Colmon and Plumer Lands, passed away, never knowing what happened to their son.
