Rachel Lea Cassidy / O’Connell has been missing from Youngstown, Ohio since November 16, 2023. At the time of her disappearance, she was homeless and was known to frequent Warren, Ohio.
Rachel’s loved ones state that it is out of character for her to go this long without making contact, and they fear for her safety.
Rachel can be described as a 41-year-old Caucasian female with red hair and green / hazel eyes. Her height is 5’5″ to 5’6″. She has a tattoo on her chest of the name “Salvatore” and a Shamrock and “Luck of the Irish” tattoo on an unspecified arm.
There is speculation that Rachel may still be homeless. Please keep your eyes out for her if you live in or near Mahoning County or Trumbull County, Ohio. She was known to stay around Market Street in Youngstown, but she has not been sighted there since 2023.
At the time of Rachel’s disappearance, it is believed that she did not have a mobile device. However, she borrowed her friend’s phone and called her sister after she got released from a hospital in Youngstown.
Rachel’s family members run a search effort group on Facebook to collect clues to her whereabouts and to share her story.
