The photos you see in the photo gallery below are life-like reconstructions based off of post-mortem photos of an unidentified man who passed away in October 1981 in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County, California. I created these photos so that I could circulate his story to the public, to see if anyone recognizes him. This unknown man was 6’0″ in height and weighed about 225 pounds when he passed away. He was most likely Caucasian. His age at the time of his death was estimated to be anywhere from 18 to 30, which would mean he was likely born anywhere from 1951 to 1963. Do you know anyone who vanished in 1981? Does this man look familiar to you?
This unidentified man was seen on October 20, 1981 jumping from a building. Rescue efforts were attempted, but he unfortunately succumbed to the injuries. A suicide note was left in his possession, but it is unclear to whom the notes were addressed.
